To become a volunteer, you will need to read the roles description for the volunteering vacancy you’re interested in and complete an application form (don’t forget to let us have details of two referees!) Once we receive your application form, you will be invited to come along for a short chat, so you can find out more about volunteering and so we can get to know you. If your role involves volunteering alongside patients, then we will also carry out a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. We aim to get you into your colunteering rolse and logging in your hours within 4 weeks. If you wish to organise your own fundraising events in the meantime, you may log these on as part of your volunteering hours.
